This web based mail service keeps all your emails on the mail server and not on your local computer. User's of this service are responsible to transfer their emails to their computers by using an email client software (eg: Outlook Express). Each user account has a disk space limit, which blocks incoming new emails when exceeded.

Email accounts and any information used on this service (webmail), are not archived nor backed up. G4 Communications/Metro2000 or the operators of this service are not responsible for any loss of emails or data used in this service.

User home directories are backed up nightly.
