This document details the rules that all G4 customers must abide by in order to use the services provided by G4 Communications. Failure to follow these rules may at the discretion of G4 result in immediate termination of your services without a refund. Use of G4 services implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Within this document, the term "you" refers to any G4 Communications customer or anyone using G4 services via the customer's Internet connection. The terms "G4" and "our" refer to G4 Communications.

G4 reserves the right to amend these rules without prior notice.

G4 provides voice & data services and voice & data transport for you to use based upon the services you have purchased. G4 exercises no control over the content of the information that passes through our systems and our networks.

You agree that you take full responsibility for any content on the Internet that you access.
You agree not to interfere or attempt to interfere with service to any user, system, network, corporation, or organization.

You agree not to send unsolicited commercial email ("UCE"), not to send bulk email ("SPAM") except to people who have explicitly requested ("Opt-In") to receive it. Violations include websites residing on the G4 IP Network that are the subject of unsolicited email advertising, regardless of the network from which the email advertising originates.

You agree not to hide or attempt to hide the originating source of any email sent via G4 systems or services.

You agree not to circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or authentication of any user, system, or network.

You agree not to engage in any unlawful activities as defined by whatever town, city, state, federal, or international statutes may apply.

You agree not to resell G4 services without first obtaining a contract from G4 which authorizes this ("ISP contract").
